Members of The Company get free tickets to events (in rare cases, there may be additional fee for supplies).

We use Ticket Tailor as our ticketing platform.

Overview

For each event, there are a few ticket options:

• Use membership code

  As a member, you have been emailed a unique membership code which you can use here.

• Use ticket access code

  We will occasionally give out one-time ticket access codes to some events, usually for non-member presenters, storytellers, etc.

• General admission

  General admission tickets can be purchased by anyone, and can also be added to free purchases made with codes.

Membership Code

If you’re a member, you will have gotten an email from The Company’s Ticket Tailor email [email protected] titled Your membership. Within it is a QR code (which you can ignore for now), along with a special code beneath the QR code. That is your membership code. Save it to your password manager or commit it to memory or just never delete that email and remember how to find it later.

Redeeming codes

Tapping the “Use membership code“ or “Use ticket access code” dropdown will give you fields to enter in the respective code.

If you enter in your membership code, Ticket Tailor will log you in and remember your information. This will pre-fill out your checkout form for you (much to José’s relief).

Your information will also be remembered across events and visits on the same device, so getting other member-code based tickets won’t require entering any more codes.
