From Norton, in the #workday
channel in Discord:
I brought over my espresso machine. It’s in the kitchen and ready if you know how to use it. If not, see this video:

A few things:
- Measure coffee by weight, not grind time. Don’t fill up the entire hopper with beans. (We can change this policy later. We’ll see) You don’t need to use the razor
- There’s a silver funnel to keep grounds from spilling
- Don't tamp directly on the table. I'm using the deli container lid next to the machine. I'll get us a proper surface to tamp on soon
- After using the steam wand, wipe it down with something damp AND purge it
- Discard used grounds in the gray plastic knockbox
- There’s a bag of coffee on the table and milk in the fridge
I don’t have the perfect shot dialed in. You’ll have to wait for me or someone else to figure it out, or you can figure it out yourself—it can be a fun process
